Deposits—Payments

A 30% booking deposits is required to make a reservation firm. We will honor a reservation for a short time until the booking deposit is received. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the event. A small        security deposit on all party  rentals is required. It will be returned after all items are returned. This will cover minor loss or damage. Please secure equipment and protect from weather. Event payments must be paid two weeks prior to the event or approved by management.

Loss or Damage

Customers please check in your event items for count and/or damage. Event items need to be returned clean. Items such as flatware and china need to be rinsed and food free. Linens should be shaken of food and bagged to protect from the elements. Charges are implemented for burn holes, candle wax, and mildew. We also charge for missing and broken items.

Delivery/Pickup

Delivery service is available 7 days a week. Fees are variable depending on times, quantity, second floor, hand carry to the back forty, etc.. Crews are instructed to deliver and pickup to the nearest accessible location such as the front door or the loading dock area. Please let us know if there are any     special arrangements needed such as second floor deliveries, after hour    deliveries.  Delivery does not include setup and take down of items unless prearranged on contract.

Rental Time Period

Customers may pickup event items needed the day before and return the day after. Delivered event items will be conferred with the customer as to the best times. Wedding Event Tents are usually set up before Fridays and prior arrangements should be made the week before. We take down Sundays, Mondays,  or Tuesdays. Please let us know if there is a preference. Expo events as well as others has a time period attractive for their event contract.
